This Vitamin Can Stop the Growth of Cancer Cells and We Need It Much More Than Doctors Think

In 2016, only in the US there will be new 1, 5 million cases. We still may wonder how and why modern medicine still doesn’t have a cure for this terrible disease. So, it’s on us to read more, to protect and prevent ourselves from this deadly disease.

According to latest research almost 70 % of children in America and 75 % adults have deficiency. This is alarming, considering the fact that the vitamin D prevents diseases, including cancer, and heart disease.

In the Dr. Cedric Garland’s study, vitamin D is linked to certain cancers, like breast cancer. Dr. Garland suggests that the risk of breast cancer can be reduced by half if there is enough vitamin D in our body.

Also, many functions in our body depend on vitamin D. For example, absorption of , function of the autoimmune system, cardiovascular system all of them depend on vitamin D.

Foods rich in vitamin D include milk, yogurt, mushrooms, fatty fish, tuna, orange juice, etc. Spending time in the sun is also important. If you decide to take oral supplements make sure to be in the vitamin D3 form.
